Your Job We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner/Onboarding Specialist to be an integral part of the HR capability for our team at Georgia-Pacific's facility in Madison, GA, where we manufacture plywood. In this role, the HR Business Partner will have an opportunity as part of the Building Products division to advance continuous improvement of HR processes, positively impact culture, and the operation's overall talent position to achieve business results, all while supporting and helping drive HR Transformation. This position will partner with our business to onboard, develop, and retain talent. This is an on-site position and is a great opportunity to engage in multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, compliance, compensation, organizational development, and workforce strategies. The Madison facility employs around 450 hourly non-union employees and is located close to Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate must live within the facility's local commuting distance in Madison, GA. Our Team The HR Business Partner/Onboarding Specialist will be an integral part of the Madison Plywood HR Team and provide HR support to Madison Plywood Operations.
