Job Family Group: FacultyTime Type: Full timeDepartment/Office: Educational Leadership (Enrique Aleman)Exemption Status: United States of America (Exempt)Job Description: TRINITY UNIVERSITY, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION is seeking a Lecturer, beginning July 1, 2025. The successful candidate will be an experienced, collaborative and equity-minded educational leader responsible for teaching courses across educational leadership topics and experienced in preparing aspiring school leaders. As a member of the educational leadership team and department, our colleague will help shape and implement our leadership preparation program that impacts the broader educational landscape in San Antonio and Bexar County. They will coordinate internship experiences, lead curricular development and implementation, and manage our coaching component. In addition, the Lecturer will provide administrative and programmatic support for the master's in educational leadership program, as well as a coordinating role for the Center for Educational Leadership, which focuses on developing leadership and professional development programs and opportunities for educators across South TexasBACKGROUND Trinity University is a secular, independent, private institution, founded in 1869.
