SUMMARY

The GTM Technology Specialist will focus on reviewing, managing, and implementing best practices for our go-to-market (GTM) technologies and processes, with the goal of maximizing the productivity of our Sales and Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with key GTM productivity tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Loopio, Chilipiper, and other GTM productivity platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations, this role will collaborate across GTM departments and with Avetta IT to ensure these systems are optimized to support sales activities, improve decision-making, and drive revenue growth. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • GTM Tech-Stack Optimization: Lead the configuration, utilization, and optimization of GTM systems and tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Chilipiper and others. Ensure systems are used effectively to drive sales productivity, enhance data quality, and streamline workflows.
  • Review and Manage Best Practices: Continuously review and establish best practices for GTM systems to maximize the effectiveness of the Avetta Sales Team. Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance overall team performance and system utilization.
  • Sales Productivity & Optimization: Partner with Revenue Enablement and Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that GTM tools and systems are tailored to optimize sales processes. This includes ensuring that data insights from Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo are leveraged for maximum impact in outreach and prospecting.
  • Collaboration with IT and Business Systems Team: Work closely with IT, sales operations, and business teams to ensure proper configuration and integration of GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance systems), ensuring seamless data flow and reporting across platforms.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Oversee the management of GTM-related data and ensure its accuracy within systems. Provide detailed insights and reports to sales and leadership teams, helping them understand performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Training and Support: Partner with Revenue Enablement to support training sessions for the sales team on using GTM tools effectively. Provide ongoing assistance to ensure that sales representatives are fully equipped to leverage tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo to maximize productivity.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that systems are aligned with their needs, workflows, and strategic goals. Act as the primary point of contact for any system-related questions or issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Act as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues related to GTM platforms. Work with internal teams and external vendors to quickly resolve problems and minimize disruptions.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems, sales operations, or CRM management, with a focus and hands-on experience with multiple GTM productivity tools.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other GTM productivity tools.
  • Experience with system integrations, data management, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven track record in optimizing sales processes and driving productivity through effective use of GTM systems and tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales and GTM, with the experience and ability to leverage tools like SFDC, Gong, and ZoomInfo to drive team success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to create and maintain system documentation and workflows that support best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and IT teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
  • Certification in Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, or other relevant tools preferred.
  • Experience working within a SaaS or technology company preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales automation, workflow optimization, and other sales enablement technologies preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools and solutions (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Gong). Candidates should be comfortable helping sales teams understand and adopt advanced AI-driven functionalities embedded in these platforms.



At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $103,000-143,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.
