Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our account team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing month-end close processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis for facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly accrual process, including report generation, analysis of results, and coordination with Facility Managers (FMs) and other operations teams.
  • Prepare and submit accrual journal entries to JBS accounting team for entry into E1.
  • Generate and analyze flux reports, providing detailed commentary on monthly results in collaboration with FMs and other operations teams.
  • Prepare regional variance commentary for client meetings, adhering to specific formatting and content guidelines.
  • Participate in client PO management, evaluating PO balance against year-to-go forecast, identifying potential billing issues, and ensuring we are accurately representing completed work to the client.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting requests, such as reporting on open work orders past 60 days.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in various systems.
  • Support delivery of monthly KPIs as required in our client contract.
  • Partner with FMs and other operations teams on annual budget and forecast.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in facilities management or related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., E1)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of US GAAP standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Corrigo or similar work order management systems
  • Experience in a client-facing role

Estimated total compensation for this position:

93,500.00 - 115,000.00 USD per year
