Description

    Responsible for providing operational support to Procurement Solutions to assist with ensuring compliance to regulatory reporting requirements
  • Supporting contract, subcontract, and Purchase Order closeout requirements
  • Supporting internal reporting requirements for lead time and annual workload metrics
  • Serving as the primary contact for other organizational reporting requests
  • Supporting Small Business analysis and reporting
  • May support Prosolutions team in troubleshootoing and resoloving subcontractor invoicing/payment issues, acting as the liaison between Accounting, Procurement, and Project Office
    Analyzing data and making recommendations for review by management for process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and three years of direct
    project management/administrative experience is required
  • Experience with report creation and analysis, specifically in Excel, Access
  • Experience with ERP/Accounting/Procurement Systems

  • The primary or most necessary skills required for this job are analytical skills; other important skills include administrative, communication, leadership, short term planning skills, and problem-solving skills
  • This position requires exceptional MS Word and Excel skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
