What You'll Do

This role will serve as an experienced individual contributor and be assigned to a designated product. This role will partner closely with the team Engineering Lead to implement standards and best practices and work closely with team members to support the development of a cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Primary Expectations

• Experience working in agile software development on a cross-functional team
• Able to navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery
• Support the development and communication of milestones and delivers upon their area of expertise
• Actively participate in conversations and planning sessions with team members and stakeholders
• Willingness to partner with senior practitioners, and be receptive to mentorship
• Able to identify risks and communicate them to leadership, providing recommendations to mitigate those risk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholder engagement
• Meet customer expectations

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of engineering experience, demonstrating expert-level knowledge in at least one frontend technology stack
• At least 5 years experience working with React and Javascript
• Experience with measurement and monitoring tools such as Datadog
• Demonstrate desire to learn new technologies
• Demonstrate experience or desire to serve as a mentor to individuals within a team
• Public Trust Clearance
