Senior VP of Recruitment

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Recruitment (Minimum of 4 years of proven recruitment leadership) to lead, enhance, and innovate our recruitment operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving recruitment performance, overseeing internal hiring, and developing scalable processes to support business growth across all healthcare staffing verticals. The SVP will work closely with the Recruitment Managers and department heads to ensure top-tier candidate experiences, strong operational efficiency, and high-performance hiring teams.

  Lead and drive recruitment operations strategy, goals, activity, and results through collaboration with the Recruitment Manager.

  Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives with all internal departments involved in recruitment.

  Review all recruitment processes and resources; identify opportunities for optimization and implement additional resources/tools as needed.

  Develop and oversee a company-wide internal recruitment/talent acquisition program, including accurate headcount forecasting to inform strategic hiring.

  Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for recruitment leadership and staff.

  Conduct performance evaluations and recap meetings with the Recruitment Manager.

  Approve payroll change forms and term forms while continuously improving related processes.

  Provide margin approval for contracts that fall below expected thresholds.

  Develop and implement robust training and development programs for recruiters and leadership.

  Design and manage internal career development roadmaps for recruitment staff.

  Coach and develop the Recruitment Manager to build a strong leadership pipeline.

  Ensure accountability of recruitment leadership and staff in meeting training, performance, and goal expectations.

  Conduct final interviews for internal recruitment staff and key internal hires.

  Set expectations and standards for internal hiring quality and timeliness.

  Approve PTO requests for direct reports and support internal team management.

  Create and manage quality initiatives focused on increasing provider retention and reducing early terminations.

  Develop a comprehensive re-engagement program for travelers/providers to drive continuous employment and loyalty. Lead efforts to enhance the customer and provider experience through operational excellence.
