Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp to hire

Daily Tasks and Requirements

• Load and unload trucks with bearings, disc blades, farm supplies, and other agricultural goods
• Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Make hydraulic hoses and retain part numbers accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Provide courteous, helpful service to customers and delivery personnel
• Assist with general warehouse and outdoor maintenance and cleanup

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable working in hot, outdoor, and non-climate-controlled environments
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift

Work Environment:

• Rural, agricultural supply setting
• Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to dust, heat, and heavy lifting
