CORE Transition Coordinator Location

Overview The responsibilities of this position include overseeing and managing the general operations of the department, training and coaching associates through the transition from the M&I core system to an FIS core operating system. This role will ensure that all data is properly loaded and verified on the new Core system and is crucial for maintaining smooth and efficient changes, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining system integrity with account maintenance and servicing in compliance with BSA, US Patriot Act, Bank policy, and Compliance guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities
Evaluate associate performance and the direction of the operations department to ensure relevant skills and processes are in place with technology and servicing the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
