Nightshift Production Supervisor

We're looking for a Third Shift Production & Sanitation Supervisor to take charge of our night operations and help build a high-performing team that delivers quality every shift.

This is a full-time, third-shift position overseeing both Processing and Packaging operations, as well as plant sanitation. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and love leading teams toward shared goals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise all third-shift production operations for Processing and Packaging

  
  
• 
  

  Lead and manage hourly and temporary associates - including training, coaching, and performance management

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee all sanitation processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and company procedures

  
  
• 
  

  Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule

  
  
• 
  

  Conduct pre-op inspections, ATP swabs, and sanitation audits

  
  
• 
  

  Schedule, assign, and adjust labor based on production demands

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor line performance, labor efficiency, and packaging waste

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to resolve quality or equipment issues

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain documentation for sanitation, safety, quality, and audits

  
  
• 
  

  Drive a culture of accountability, food safety, and continuous improvement

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a USDA-regulated facility

  
  
• 
  

  Proven experience managing teams and leading plant sanitation programs

  
  
• 
  

  Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, and sanitation best practices

  
  
• 
  

  Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role (able to lift up to 50 lbs)

  
  
• 
  

  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
