Job Tittle: L1 Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE) Location: Mesa, AZ Our ideal candidate speaks english and has excellent problem-solving skills. Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self service tickets. Bi-lingual (english and spanish) will be an added advantage. Responsibilities * Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards * Comply with company processes and Quality Standards * Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the computer systems and applications * Application development or application support experience is an added advantage Qualifications Provide support, troubleshoot, and assist users with Computer and application issues Support over voice, email, chat and self-service tickets. Work with end-users to understand and solve their issues Work closely with other IT support teams and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency * Must be proficient in English * Proven work experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role * Strong knowledge of Computer systems and applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and in a team Desired but not required * Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
