Job Summary We are seeking a Solution Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTM/ GTM and a strong understanding of Transportation & Logistics. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively both remotely and on-site during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance our transportation management systems. Responsibilities Design and implement robust solutions for EBS-Transportation Management to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for transportation management solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on EBS-Transportation Management best practices. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all solutions implemented. Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry standards. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies. Oversee the integration of transportation management systems with other enterprise applications. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of transportation management solutions. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in EBS-Transportation Management and Transportation & Logistics. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver value. Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in transportation management. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in EBS-Transportation Management. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Transportation & Logistics. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions. Have experience in integrating transportation management systems with other enterprise applications. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. Have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. Demonstrate the ability to provide technical guidance and support to end-users. Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills. Be detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough system audits.
