Job Overview

The Strategy & Planning Analyst assists with the analysis required to support strategy and business planning activities. Supports leadership by producing actionable studies and analysis for strategy, planning and business development activities; partners to perform financial analysis, utilization studies and pro forma development and supports a variety of planning functions; maintains data and knowledge base for comparison of data analysis; and maintains a tracking and reporting system for program/project activities.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience providing data analysis consultation.
  • EQUIVALENCY: Four (4) years of related experience, beyond stated requirements, may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree OR a higher level of education in a related field may be considered as a substitute for required experience, beyond stated requirements, on a year for year basis

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.

* Assists with the annual development and implementation of the business and environmental assessment of Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) and various entities.
* Assists in the development of business analytics, assessments and intelligence that supports the overall strategic capability.
* Partners with other analyst roles to ensure consistency in analysis techniques and reporting.
* Reports data in a comprehensive and informative way, incorporating quantitative and qualitative information such as market share, forecasting, feasibility and competitive intelligence and physician liaison field reports.
* Supports service lines in their strategic and business development needs.
* Supports leadership in working with Executive Leadership and other stakeholders to direct and facilitate the strategic and planning analytical activities.
* Effectively articulates and presents strategic analysis to a variety of audiences.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $ $66,083 to $99,125
