The Johnson Controls P3 site at the LAX ConRAC, Los Angeles, CA, has posted a current job opening for a full-time, on-site Project Support Coordinator II. This position is located at the LAX ConRAC and will be responsible for the support of the P3 LAX ConRAC site. This position will have daily contact with onsite technicians and contractors to maintain the LAX ConRAC 2023 site. Ideal candidate will understand facilities operations, have experience with a CMMS system, have excellent organizational, computer and administrative skills, and be a quick learner. The position reports directly to the onsite Customer Business Manager. Come join our growing team or refer someone you feel would be a good fit.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

* Maintain CMMS database including ensuring proper categorization and timely dispatching of technicians, equipment history and status, generation of work orders, and overall operation of CMMS system to maintain contract compliance.

* Maintain critical inventory tracking system for air filters, PPE, maintenance parts, etc.

* Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule in CMMS system.

* Schedule vendors for work on site and document when work is completed.

* Assist with Contract Deliverable Requirements, including gathering data and building reports.

* Attend various meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes.

* Respond to telephone calls and greet visitors at site; be the main POC for the project community including tenants and client via email and phone.

* Effectively communicate and interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

* Compose various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communications with all end users.

* Coordinate monthly safety meetings for site.

* Organize and maintain various filing systems, including SharePoint.

* Provide back up for site purchasing duties; create POs, invoice resolution, etc.

* Assist with scheduling and organizing project activities including meetings, training, etc.

* Perform general office duties for site including research, finance, contract management, admin support functions, while having a knowledge of company and P3 departmental procedures.

* Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three years' experience in a Facilities, Property management or Construction environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word required.

Exceptional customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.

Experience with a CMMS software.

Ability to perform sensitive and confidential tasks.

Determine work priorities, work independently, and follow through on tasks.

Ability to comprehend contract language, implement and apply as needed to ensure contract deliverables and compliance are achieved.

Experience in an HR group and bilingual abilities are a plus.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28-37+ (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
