Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Property Management Specialist in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Responsible for providing support and/or serving as a knowledgeable resource for Real and Personal Property Management. This includes implementation of HLMI Property Management system, interface with HLMI, DOE-Hanford Field Office (HFO) and other Contractors regarding property questions/problem resolution and ensuring property record accuracy for both personal and real property items.

Compensation Grade 16: $88,200 - $111,100 Grade 18: $106,663 - $134,588 The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
