Location Profile: Located in Gardena, California, Permaswage designs and manufactures separable and permanent fluid fittings and installation tooling for aerospace and defense applications. Position Summary: This is a projects-centered role focused on process improvement in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment. Many types of manufacturing exist at PCC Fluid Fittings; core amongst these are machining, forging, painting, assembly, and heat treatment. Competencies required of the candidate include good critical and out-of-the-box thinking abilities, a hands-on approach to problems and processes, good attention to detail, quick learning, and the employment of excellent time-management practices. In this role, the candidate should expect to lead significant capital, lean/six-sigma, and process improvement projects. This includes managing the project's budget, developing and driving action-items necessary to achieve the project's goals, coordinating necessary resources (both internal and external), and taking lead on all other aspects of the project. Lastly, the candidate must be able to effectively report on their project(s) status and financial impact to management team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $85,300 to $127,900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
