What You'll Do This role will serve as an individual contributor and be assigned to a designated product. This role will partner closely with the team Product Lead to implement standards and best practices and work closely with team members to support the development of a cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms. Primary Expectations
- Experience working in agile software development on a cross-functional team
- Able to navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery
- Support the development and communication of milestones; and delivers upon their area of expertise
- Actively participate in conversations and planning sessions with team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to partner with senior practitioners, and be receptive to mentorship
- Able to identify risks and communicate to leadership; provides recommendations to mitigate identified risks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholder engagement
- Meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experienced with agile methods, with the intent of supporting cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of products and features
- Experience managing agile ceremonies inclusive of backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team retrospectives to support the iterative design and delivery of new products
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation that supports the delivery and evolution of deliverables; inclusive of product briefs, product outlines, release plans, presentations, and product roadmap
- Demonstrates proactive problem solving skills with the ability to decompose problems, build consensus, and set direction
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate complex technical business issues for a wide range of audiences
- Demonstrates a technical understanding of how software is built, including APIs, integrations, and system design
- Public Trust Clearance
Preferred qualifications
- CSPO, CPM, CSM or other related certifications
