The Opportunity
As a Senior Change Manager in Adobe technology Services you will be a key member of the Adobe's Change Management Center of Excellence, supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals in Adobe. You will partner with leaders, program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and implement end to end change plans that support the business goals of the program to minimize disruption and increase end user adoption.
What you'll Do
- Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to effectively drive organizational change for technology programs
- Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption
- Deliver on all areas of change including stakeholder and end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, reinforcement, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from other Adobe programs, flexing plans to the needs of the business
- Partner with business partners and the broader Change Management Center of Excellence to deliver on the change management plans of the program
- Establish and report on metrics for business reading, leading indicators, and end user adoption
- Provide post release support to end users (office hours, communications, training materials revision, etc.) as needed in partnership with the program team
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application, including at least 5 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships
- Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship
- Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization
- Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics
- Intermediate or sophisticated graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with Adobe suite is desirable
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $119,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
