Job DescriptionPrimary Location: Nampa, IdahoQuality Control Technician: Ensures that the production line is producing highest quality products in accordance with all food safety and corporate guidelines by performing chemical and physical analysis. This position requires an extremely high attention to detail, ability to problem solve quickly in high-pressure situations, and react quickly during these instances.
Syrup Batcher: This position will be responsible for the Preparing of bulk quantities of beverage products for packaging by performing the following duties. Mixes beverage concentrate and other ingredients to produce syrup by following established recipes and procedures.
This position is exposed to production facility environment which is loud, moving mechanical parts, toxic and caustic chemical compounds, and fumes or airborne particles. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively be- fore groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats. Ability to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
