Job Title: ChatGPT Instructor (Virtual Trainer)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Overview

Seeking experienced virtual trainers to deliver Enterprise ChatGPT 101 and ChatGPT 102, foundational and advanced courses designed for enterprise learners. The training will be conducted via WebEx in 90-minute sessions, twice per day, Monday through Friday.

Courses to Deliver

1. ChatGPT 101: Foundations of AI & Prompt Engineering

Audience: Enterprise professionals new to ChatGPT

Course Summary:

This session introduces foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and how ChatGPT works. It focuses on effective prompt engineering and responsible usage.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe how ChatGPT works.
  • Configure an effective prompt.
  • Avoid bias and hallucinations in ChatGPT results.


Must-Have:

  • Experience in virtual corporate training.
  • Strong understanding of ChatGPT, LLMs, and AI.
  • Proficiency in WebEx.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.


2. ChatGPT 102: Using ChatGPT for Data and Documentation Analysis

Audience: Intermediate to advanced enterprise users of ChatGPT.

Course Summary:

This advanced session covers using ChatGPT for business analysis, data visualization, and document generation. Includes hands-on demos and practical use cases.

Learning Objectives:

  • Use ChatGPT for data analysis.
  • Apply visualization techniques.
  • Configure and apply Custom GPTs for business tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead interactive, use case-based training.
  • Explain technical concepts in practical terms.
  • Guide participants through live demos and exercises.
  • Handle live Q&A and learner engagement.


Requirements:

  • Background in tech, business, or data-focused training.
  • Experience with ChatGPT in analysis/documentation contexts.
  • Strong communication and virtual facilitation skills.
  • WebEx proficiency.


Delivery Format and Schedule

  • Platform: WebEx
  • Session Length: 90 minutes (2 hours of work/session)
  • Frequency: 2 sessions/day, Monday-Friday


Trainer Role Details

Virtual Trainer Key Responsibilities

WebEx Best Practices:

  • Pre-session: Audio/video checks, co-host assignment, participant etiquette.
  • Engagement: Use of chat, reactions, "Raise Hand" feature.
  • Tools: Screen sharing, annotation tools.


Session Management:

  • Welcome and onboard participants.
  • Set ground rules.
  • Use open-ended questions and interactions.
  • Share screen and highlight key points.


Training Producer Role (Support Role)

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Session Support:

  • Set up meeting environment and troubleshoot tech.
  • Upload materials, and prepare breakout rooms.


In-Session Support:

  • Manage audio/video.
  • Monitor chat, Q&A, and engagement.
  • Troubleshoot disconnections or issues.


Post-Session Support:

  • Save chat, end session, generate reports.
  • Help with follow-up actions and materials.
