Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $12.00/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Enter and manage orders accurately
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, and accounts receivable
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and provide professional customer service
  • Check in delivery trucks and verify cash/change invoices
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting



Previous experience handling invoices and basic office functions is preferred.
