Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and great at solving problems on the fly? We're looking for a Logistics Claims Specialist to be the go-to expert for resolving delivery issues like overages, shortages, and damages in a fast-paced, call center environment.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Investigate and resolve OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) claims
  • Communicate directly with drivers and manage incoming calls
  • Collaborate with teams across Transportation, FSQA, Warehousing, and more
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Power BI
  • Navigate key systems like SAP TM, High Radius, Five9, and Excel




What We're Looking For:



  • 1+ years of clerical experience (3+ preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in logistics, claims processing, or customer service is a big plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI
  • High school diploma required; pursuing a BA is a bonus
