Warehouse Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $13.50/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Remove product from machines/conveyors and neatly place it on pallets in the correct configuration
• Inspect stacks of bags or tubes as they come off the line and manage defective or reworkable items
• Organize bags on pallets in a square, straight-up orientation following department stacking patterns
• Complete metal detector training and ensure safety standards are met when detectors are in use
• Alert machine operators about recurring quality issues and stop the machine when necessary
• Assist with paper roll changes and ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment
• Understand and execute bag counting, pallet labeling, and managing scrap materials

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
• Manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Flexibility to work in varying temperature environments (hot in summer, cold in winter)
