Warehouse Mixer

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Mixer to join the team of one of the world's leading manufacturers of recycled rubber products in Delphos, OH. If you're looking for a hands-on role with long-term potential, this could be your next career move!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with Friday overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

As a Warehouse Mixer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Banbury Mixer to combine raw materials such as rubber compounds, additives, and fillers. This role is key to ensuring high-quality, uniform mixtures that support the production of finished goods.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Banbury Mixer in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Load and measure raw materials per production specs
• Monitor mix times and temperatures to ensure consistency
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any equipment issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in industrial or mixing operations is a plus
