This position will be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office for 3 days per week.
Job Summary In this position you are responsible for comprehensive financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for our Revenue Cycle and Patient Experience business portfolio. The role partners with cross-functional leadership to manage financial performance, develop KPIs, perform in-depth variance analysis, and create decision-driving insights.
What You Will Do
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including detailed assumptions, bottom-up builds, top-down targets, and variance analysis
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for expenses, cost-benefit studies, ROI, statistical relationships, and scenario planning
- Perform monthly variance analysis, prepare journal entries, and reconcile key balance sheet accounts
- Develop tools and dashboards to track and analyze operational and cost expenses
- Create and present financial reports with commentary, trend analysis, and visualizations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor full P&L performance and support expense allocations; identify cost-saving opportunities and support profitability improvements
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed

Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, or a combination of relevant experience and education, such as a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and accounting processes, including month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, Lookups, and data manipulation
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and analyze effectively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Effective verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders through a consultative and collaborative approach to deliver key initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Haves
- Experience with a SaaS company with usage-based or utilization-driven product model
- Experience with Domo or similar business intelligence tool
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Great Plains
