The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program is required.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA is required.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year of mental health nursing preferred.
• 1 year in a medical facility preferred.

Position Details

Merakey is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. In this vital role, you will support individuals in our community residential rehabilitation (CRR) and and Transitional Partial Residential (TPR) programs by overseeing medical needs, administering medications, and contributing to holistic treatment planning. You'll work closely with residents, clinicians, pharmacy partners, and program leadership to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.
