Role Description & Responsibilities: Are you passionate about transforming Aerospace & Defense through innovation and collaboration? As an Aerospace & Defense R&D Customer Strategic Partnership Requirement Manager- Based in Bellevue, WA-Hybrid, you'll work closely with leading A&D clients to help them navigate complex transformation challenges. Acting as a strategic advisor, you'll bridge customer needs and R&D execution, translating vision into tangible innovation across the value chain. You'll play a critical role in defining and managing requirements across industry processes within a customer's strategic value stream. In partnership with internal Brand and Industry teams, you'll help improve our portfolio of Industry Processes and Roles while guiding clients through current and future transformation journeys and participating in the development of new-generation AI products. In your day-to-day, you will:
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in- Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science- or related field- required. * 3-5 years of relative experience * Strong domain knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry, with focus on PLM, or digital transformation. * Proven ability to bridge customer-facing and technical teams with clarity and confidence. * Exceptional communication skills-able to simplify the complex and tell a compelling story. * Strategic, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving change * Some Travel is required as needed * Preferred Language-- English is required (French is a Plus) Preferred Skills: * Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and familiarity with CATIA and SIMULIA solutions is a strong plus. "Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience.
