Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Location(s): Temple Terrace, FL

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Must Have Skills:


  • Expert writing skills and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Marketing experience, especially to internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Experience creating and executing successful content strategies.
  • Adaptable in quickly learning new software programs and tools.
  • High proficiency in layout and design to apply to slides, newsletters, flyers and other marketing collateral.

  • A forward thinker who has the ability to lead complex initiatives by working in a tightly integrated manner across business units and partner organizations..
  • Excellent communicator both in spoken and written word with a passion for developing exciting content and driving engagement.
  • Stellar organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those at the executive level.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Basic reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace including Gmail, Slides, Docs, Forms and more.
  • Experience with Poppulo or other communication/engagement software.
  • Strong presentation design skills.


Job Duties


  • Craft internal and external messaging in an eye-catching and informative way that complies with brand standards.
  • Interface with internal groups to drive narrative, garner visibility and increase sales
  • Align with corporate strategies and initiative; help develop campaigns that promote and position the company for the future.
  • Work closely with Program and Product strategy teams to develop marketing communications and materials
  • Understand the mindset of Channel Partners and how to deliver content that is easy to understand.
  • Work with minimal supervision, knowing when to bring in your manager for alignment/decisions.
  • Be aware of industry trends from a communications perspective.
  • Lead weekly alignment calls to review pending communications from a legal and branding perspective
  • Provide weekly and monthly analysis of communication metrics
  • Maintaining and organizing internal and external distribution lists
  • Management of the Partner marketing Builder tool (upload / remove marketing collateral, review and approve co-marketing requests).
  • Create content to be used on social media promoting Channel events, Channel recognition awards, Program launches...etc.
  • Create Cvent registration pages for partner webinars
  • Coordination of Legal review for all communications and co-marketing materials and assets.
  • Management of external Partner Network website: Identify, communicate, and submit changes / updates to the web team for implementation


Education:


  • Telecommunications Industry, Technology Industry, or indirect B2B channel sales/marketing experience preferred.
