Your Role on Our Team:

As an Associate CRM Analyst, you will assist the CRM team in managing customer data, analyzing customer interactions, and supporting CRM strategies. This role will provide you with valuable experience in CRM operations and data analysis, enabling you to contribute to improving customer engagement and business growth.

This is a fully onsite role at of our downtown Milwaukee, WI office.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide user support and personalized training to increase knowledge and efficient use of CRM
  • Execute new hire CRM training in Jump Start sessions
  • Curate, organize and efficiently deliver CRM training materials and communications
  • Provide operational support for end users (e.g., creation of views, issue resolution, troubleshooting)
  • Partner with Commercial Execution team to communicate CRM utilization to support team operating rhythms
  • Assist in testing new functionality as part of the release management process
  • Partner with key stakeholders to update and communicate account list and CRM record ownership changes
  • Maintain Data Quality and integrity within CRM
  • Assist with sales dashboard, report creation and ad hoc requests
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and data extracts as requested
  • Data cleaning - systematic review and updating of all existing data records including bulk imports and updates to all records.
  • Assist with the customization of the CRM system as appropriate to match varying needs of teams and produce reports to analyze data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, data science, computer science, or another business-related field.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in business analysis or business analytics.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new CRM tools and technologies.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Familiarity with CRM software systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
