Overview

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's Orlando, FL office is looking for a marketing intern. Under supervision from a seasoned Marketer, this person will assist the Southeast Marketing team with achieving goals related to VHB's CVP (Clients, Visibility, Pursuits) business lifecycle. Will assist with proposal development and maintaining accurate data in VHB's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

We are open to the internship being full-time or part-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Supports the marketing team with the preparation of proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying, and providing input with formatting proposal information
  • Helps maintain and update marketing content for proposals, qualifications, and other marketing deliverables (e.g., project profiles/stories, resumes, references, service descriptions)
  • Assists with implementing pursuit close-out process, including contract, resume, project sheet, and other updates as part of ensuring marketing information data integrity
  • Research industry events and conferences, and coordinates necessary materials for upcoming conferences
  • Assists in tracking project updates and stories, and other industry news, as applicable, and sharing the news with the pursuit team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Public Relations, Communications, English, Marketing, or comparable field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign preferred.
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in office required.
