Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Quality Inspector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use your eye for detail to verify that final work product (statements and letters) matches written instructions and meets production standards

  • Examine materials by confirming manufacturing or industry specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting or returning unacceptable items

  • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work

  • Explain product issues clearly to operators and supervisors

  • Walk to different machines to verify job accuracy

  • Cross-train in departments like postal, shipping, and hand table to expand your skills

  • Report quality concerns immediately to senior management

  • Ensure outgoing items are 100% accurate

  • Input quality data into the production database

  • Learn about the production process and the QA team's role

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all procedures and regulations

  • Inspect materials and products using preset measuring instruments

  • Ensure all products meet quality and performance tolerance levels and are not damaged or irregular

Your Shift :First Shift Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Monday-Friday)

You Must Have:

  • 6 months to 1 year of printing experience in a production environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic measuring skills (able to read a ruler and other measurement devices)

  • Basic problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills (open, save, print files, enter data)

  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand

  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

  • Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials

  • Frequently moves throughout the facility

  • Regularly lifts, pushes, pulls, and/or carries up to 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior experience in the print industry or fast-paced, high-production environments
