Looking for a Maintenance Lead and a Maintenance Technician.

Any shift

Average 8-10 hours per day

Occasional weekend work as needed for emergencies or planned maintenance

Location: Pewaukee WI, with some time at our New Berlin facility

Hourly rate: commensurate with experience ($30 - $40/hour)

Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance

Responding immediately to equipment and machinery breakdowns

Diagnosing faults

Repairing equipment

Keeping Production Supervisor, President and Vice-President informed of progress

Creating maintenance procedures

Training Production Assistants on routine maintenance procedures

Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.

Carrying out quality inspections

Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Supervising outside contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair when deemed appropriate.

Develop predictive maintenance to improve quality and uptime.

Work overtime as needed

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma

5-plus years of experience in a maintenance position within a manufacturing organization

Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints

Proficient in electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair

Strong mechanical aptitude
