Job Description

Pay rate: $23.55 / Hour

1-2 years Relative Experience

Responsibilities:

    Conduct roves at the site.
  • Respond and report alarms, alerts, and incidents.
  • Remove unauthorized people from the site.
  • Respond and assist with parking arm/gate issues.
  • Respond and assist with elevator issues.
  • Create and modify access cards.
  • Assist with access to restricted spaces.
  • Conduct reception desk duties to include screening phone calls, processing visitors, and validating parking.
  • Monitor cameras.
  • Report property damage.
  • Write incidents reports and maintain a daily activity reports while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Site Requirements:

  • Social media background check conducted by the client after site training is completed.
  • Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email. Know how to use file storage websites like Dropbox. Know how to use a flash drive.
  • Preference given to candidates having experience with security cameras systems, security access card systems, visitor management software, and rideshare software.
  • Have customer service experience with customers and clients.
