Pay: $20/hr. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Office Supervisor job tasks: This role oversees office staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards while supporting the manager with daily operations and coverage. Responsibilities include monitoring reports, managing store closings, handling invoice corrections, and maintaining accurate time and attendance records. The position involves training and supervising employees, including conducting interviews and addressing performance issues through coaching and discipline. Strong multitasking, analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, along with the flexibility to perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: Must have experience Office Management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, and experience managing 5-7 employees daily.
