About the Role:

Are you a finance professional eager to advance your career? The Field Systems Segment (FS) of Trimble, the global leader in productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability solutions for the construction, and surveying industries, is seeking a Subscription Revenue Analyst This role is pivotal in our strategic business model transformation, offering you the chance to influence this transformation while gaining broad insights into Trimble's largest revenue segment. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll also support the Geospatial sector, making a significant impact on our financial strategies.

A successful candidate will show the drive to continuously improve organization, processes, and reporting to provide value-add modeling and analysis, and show a high level of integrity. You will also support Business Operations and Digital Transformation departments. This role is a great opportunity to immediately make contributions that shape the direction of Trimble's future business models.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive analytics for all divisions within Field Systems, focusing on ARR metrics such as renewals, net retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contracted value, deferred revenue, and revenue forecasting.

  • Field Systems OPEX: oversee segment costs allocations to divisions, specifically for marcom and R&D expenses and administrative supporting functions

  • Provide in-sector (TAP, Geospatial, Civil) analysis and support where needed within ARR, margin and OPEX

  • Facilitate the transition to a new FP&A tool (Adaptive) in collaboration with the program manager.

  • QBR preparation: aggregate and maintain rigor and pacing of completion of slides and standard tables by Sector Controllers

  • LRP: provide file/consolidation support as long range plans are being developed

  • Consult and collaborate on subscription bundles, software pricing, and related issues, having exposure to the full P&L statement of the sector's divisions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, plus a minimum of 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to develop, modify, and document structured processes

  • Ability for cross-functional collaboration to obtain optimal outcomes

  • Ownership mindset, seeing assignments through to completion

  • Capable to work under and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the segment and across Trimble on best practices for reporting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Well-organized, self-directed team player, always willing to adapt and learn
