What success looks like in this role:

  • Ability to take inbound phone calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Building customer relationships, through client side or peers within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills while speaking to the customer
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Empathy and patience
  • Attention to detail with the consumer
  • Muti-Tasking during calls, ability to type and talk during the call
  • Ability, to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service facing, interacting with the General public
  • Typing test will be included
  • Bilingual spanish

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • May require technical certification or associate degree
    Generally, 1-2years' experience in area of responsibility
  • Required to work in office 3 days a week

***MUST be bilingual English and Spanish
