This position will be working with translational research projects that aim to optimize and enhance response of HPV+ HNSCC to radiation and/or anti-PD-1 therapy. Duties include performing planned experiments involving cell culture (proliferation and clonogenic survival assays, western blotting, PCR and qPCR, etc.) and GEMMs (growing tumors in mice, treating mice, measuring tumor volume, etc.), and reporting results. Responsibilities include performing different molecular biology protocols and initial biostatistical analyses, as well as cooperation and collaboration with all lab members.
