About the Role: The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of both the HR and Recruitment functions. This position focuses on maintaining streamlined workflows, ensuring the accuracy of HR documentation, and upholding compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. It requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive professional with a strong grasp of HR and Talent Acquisition practices, excellent organizational skills, and the discretion to manage sensitive information. A key contributor to a positive employee experience, this role also supports the HR operations through the effective use of technology. Proficiency in HRIS and Talent Acquisition systems-including digital document management and data reporting tools-is essential, as the role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency and supporting a data-informed HR function. In addition to supporting all aspects of the recruitment process-such as facilitating intake calls, generating offers, and preparing onboarding materials-this position provides oversight to ensure the Talent Acquisition function operates smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing day-to-day recruitment activities as well as supporting large-scale hiring initiatives. The role is also responsible for overseeing the recruitment process end-to-end, including assigning tasks and managing the performance of Talent Partners. Collaboration with regional colleagues and stakeholders is essential to align on recruitment strategies and execution. This role also plays a key part in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of recruiting operations. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR Director, TA Director, and the broader HR team. This role is primarily focused on the execution of day-to-day HR and Recruitment functions, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and consistent employee support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Oversees Recruiting to onboarding; inclusive of individual requisitions and scale up projects Supports a bilingual work environment with fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal interactions.
