THE JOB:
As a Barback at Felt, you will assist experienced bartenders in providing excellent beverage service to guests, while learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become a fully qualified bartender. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality industry.

THE SCHEDULE:

Wednesday - Thursday/Sunday: 6 PM - 1 AM

Friday - Saturday: 6 PM - 3 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and serve the venue, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area including all bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators and counter tops
• Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
• Knowledge of storage areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Has at least 2+ years of barback/apprentice bartender

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
