Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Growth Operations Executive to join our face-paced team to our growing federal business. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build and lead a business development team dedicated to bringing innovative solutions to the federal market.
The successful applicant will have the chance to use and develop their abilities, collaborate with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, interact with a diverse group of customers and partners, and enhance CGS' capacity to serve our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
As Growth Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:


  • Leading operations for the Growth organization to include business development, top captures, must-win proposals, marketing, and other major growth initiatives.

  • Drive and prioritize strategic growth opportunities and initiatives across the Federal Market.

  • Collaborate with Capability and Technology Leaders to drive commercial innovation into our federal sales process.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to review and bolster account plans, including account-focused marketing plans.

  • Drive strategic client relationships at the CXO level across federal departments in collaboration with the extended and cross-cutting Growth teams.

  • Lead, develop, and execute partner relationships with top technology partners and MPJV partners to establish a credible Capgemini ecosystem for growth.

  • Drive our GWAC business with managing our vehicles and driving task orders with the sales team.

  • Surge into leading Growth business opportunities through various cycles.


Required Qualifications:


  • Ability to secure a Government Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Detailed understanding of the Federal marketplace and processes.

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Federal consulting.

  • Broad experience in covering Sales and Growth in roles such as Account Executive, Growth Lead, Program Manager, Capture Manager.

  • Consistent track record delivering account growth in the Federal market.

  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial work ethic necessary to lead a rapidly growing business.

  • Demonstrated experience driving growth in three or more of the following service areas: SaaS; PaaS; Data Analytics; Cyber Security; Customer Experience; DevOps; Cloud.

  • Demonstrated experience with at least two of the following Capgemini strategic software partners: AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, UiPath, Oracle, Databricks, or Unity


Desired Qualifications:


  • Current Government Security Clearance preferred.

  • Experience in leadership roles within AFCEA, ACT-IAC, or other leading federal industry associations.

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Direct experience leading and developing team members.

  • Understanding of GWAC and IDIQ contracts as well as MPJV partnerships

  • Knowledge of end-to-end of business development, capture process, proposal process, and delivery lifecycle.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 155k - 185k.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
