Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring an Account Executive in the West Region. The Account Executive is responsible for acting as the primary relationship manager for client contacts and procurement representatives. The position ensures overall client retention and satisfaction, engagement relationship management, sales collaboration, and the implementation of client strategy specific to a defined portfolio.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Manages a target aggregate account portfolio of approximately $4.5m in revenue. * Direct involvement in client engagements ($50k + in annual revenue). * Supports other portfolio clients. * Develops and implements strategies to maintain and improve client relationships through team and personal performance. * Executes consistent practices within the portfolio to include account planning and communication strategies with the intense focus on larger clients. * Collaborates with other departments to ensure that company product offerings meet client needs. * Engages clients at both lower and senior levels to understand their needs and concerns, and addresses issues that arise. * Identifies opportunities to expand the company's services within the assigned portfolio to increase revenue and achieve cross-sell targets and goals. * Maintains high focus on client retention strategies to achieve company benchmark. * Represents the company at industry events and conferences and public relations that support the brand. * Performs other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred * Valid driver's license required * Five (5) or more years of account management experience in the global mobility business * International and domestic mobility experience required * Direct client interaction and advisory experience required * Extensive experience creating and delivering presentations to all levels * Familiarity with Real Estate laws and practices, financing, and disclosure * Ability to manage tri-regional service delivery * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products * Strong oral and written communications skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and collaborative environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability * Strong listening skills and attention to detail * Self-reliant with the ability to use sound judgement to solve customer problems quickly and effectively * Excellent customer service and relationship building skills The estimated base salary for this position is up to $175,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
