THE JOB:

As a Learning & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in cultivating the next generation of hospitality leaders across our iconic resorts. In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on leadership development. You'll collaborate closely with HR, Guest Experience, and operational leaders to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning experiences that reflect our culture, champion diversity and inclusion, and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver and manage new hire orientations and leadership development programs across operational departments.

• Collaborate with HR and property leaders to assess learning needs using guest feedback and performance data.

• Leverage our enterprise learning platform to enable development, track progress, and measure impact.

• Conduct pre- and post-course evaluations to track ROI and ensure continuous improvement.

• Facilitate both large and small group sessions, including experiential and diversity-focused learning experiences.

• Manage logistics for in-person sessions: classroom setup, materials, scheduling, and inventory.

• Advise employees on internal development opportunities and educational assistance programs.

• Work independently on multiple learning projects with creativity, accountability, and attention to deadlines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 1+ Years of prior relevant adult learning/training/facilitation experience

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills-comfortable engaging diverse audiences from line-level to executives.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, dashboards, reporting).

• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
