THE JOB:

Step into a leadership role where every detail matters and every event is an opportunity to impress. This exciting role offers a competitive base salary, along with the opportunity to earn additional commission. As a Banquet and Beverage leader, you'll oversee the seamless coordination between Beverage, Catering, Stewarding, Service, and Set-Up teams ensuring flawless execution from behind the scenes to the front of the room. You'll guide and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards, elevate service delivery, and create an unforgettable banquet experience. Because when everything comes together just right, guests don't just attend an event, they remember how it made them feel.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work closely with Catering, Banquet Service and Banquet Stewarding department to assure efficient execution of Banquet functions

• Responsible for conducting monthly inventories, maintaining established pars and ordering necessary items

• Maintain accurate paperwork for payroll, records, employment, etc.

• Control labor and product cost

• Attend daily Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings

• Schedule all regular employees and part time employees in relation to staffing levels as business dictates

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
