Responsible for analyzing, developing, documents and tracking clinical content. Develop and oversee completion of project plans and schedules and tracks the progress of content development and build including remediation efforts, enhancement and demand projects. Subject matter expert for assigned clinical function/area and provide guidance and mentorship to other informatics specialists.
Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Manages the process for content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance and archiving. -Manages and coordinates gathering and synthesis of current clinical content and the development of new clinical content. -Manages content development and helps to inform build activities between and among work groups. -Leads assigned work groups and facilitates interactions and communication to arrive at solutions for content development and management. -Provides coordination and direction to complete the assigned clinical content tasks, produce the required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet the relevant project milestones according to the established timeline.
