This position is primarily responsible for providing HR Compliance services, in accordance with Service Level Agreements, to HR Shared Services, employees, managers and Human Resources. Analyze each task assigned and identify areas for standardization and process improvement and opportunities for training. Complete compliance related duties in accordance with company policy or laws. Collaborate with COEs to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution. We are looking for a year-round co-op and the selected candidate must be available to work for 24-28 hours per week during the summer and following semesters both in office and remotely. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
