THE JOB:

As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and restocking the beverage areas to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.63

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and maintain beverage outlets with necessary inventory, including glassware, condiments, packaged drinks, and paper products.

• Keep beverage areas clean, including equipment, tools, trash removal, and deep cleaning.

• Complete paperwork for bar transfers and stock deliveries.

• Maintain liquor, beer, and supply levels, ordering as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available

• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

• Adapt to varying weather conditions and ensuring the same high level of service poolside.

• Ability to manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean workspace efficiently.

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
