As a Pool Assistant General Manager at Excalibur, you will set the stage for exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability. Execute on the restaurant's business plan and assist General Manager with developing and executing tactics to achieve goals and targets. Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience. Work alongside the culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between kitchen and dining room. Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff. Owns restaurant's execution of F&B and/or company-wide initiatives and programs. Maintains excellent knowledge of venue's food & beverage products and menu items.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years old or older. 2+ years prior relevant experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or pool setting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a leadership position, preferably within high-volume, beverage-focused operations, such as resorts, pools, nightclubs, or large-scale food & beverage outlets.
