Nokia of America Corporation, Customer Solutions Architect (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.
- Perform customer requirement gathering and solution design (High and Low Level) for projects that require the implementation of Nokia Products from Service Assurance and Orchestration domain.
- Support Cloud and Infra dimensioning, and perform deployment verification and validation.
- Respond to questions, concerns and open points from a customer solution view, and provide clarification and troubleshooting.
- Identify new requirements from customers, through project implementation or ad-hoc customer interactions.
- Support the implementation of Nokia Assurance and Orchestration solutions (NAC, UIV, NORC) by improving customer business solutions, and guiding project team on Software Best Practices and delivery methodologies.
- Create Epics, review user stories, define and review acceptance criteria.
- Support project managers in reviewing project schedule, issues, risks, and action plans. #LI-DNI
Domestic travel up to 25% required. International travel up to 10% required. Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%. Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:
- Orchestration and service fulfillment, including project implementation, customer operation and solution deployment;
- Virtualization stack, including Kubernetes and hypervisor.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:
- Requirement gathering and solution design in HLD and LLD documentation;
- Application and Storage containerization;
- Monitoring tools including, Grafana, BELK/Kibana, and Prometheus.
