Advantage xPO is hiring a Service Technician to work for Hobart in Reno, NV, where you'll provide on-site support, installation, and service for commercial food equipment. Hours & Pay:

• Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 1st Shift
• Availability: May require overtime and on-call hours, including holidays and weekends

What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial food equipment. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely support. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, keeping service documentation, and supporting safe work practices. You'll represent the organization with professionalism and contribute directly to customer relationships and operational success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required: High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience
• Preferred: Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Skilled in basic tools, meters, and computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving ability, customer service mindset, and safety awareness
• Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to lift and work with various equipment
