Position Highlights: Location: Hampton, VA Participate in recruitment or new CNMs with the goal of building the program to 6 Midwives. Work with practice administrators to develop and maintain a clinic and call schedule for CNMs. Explore the possibility of beginning a centering model of prenatal care. Provide educational support for CNMs on the team. Attend and participate in regular meetings with group physicians and administrators, including LDRP, Ob/Gyn Associates, SCH meetings, and implement key policies within the midwifery division. Conduct regular meetings with the CNM team to ensure best practices. Serve as a model for professionalism.
